Contest: Calling all Winterlude fans!

As if you needed another reason to check out Canada’s premier winter festival…The Great Trail will be at Winterlude this year! The festival kicks off on Friday, February 3 with an outdoor dance party in Confederation Park, and lasts for three fun-filled weekends.

Like so many festivals and events across the country, Winterlude takes place right near a section of Canada’s national Trail. The festivities will be taking place along the Rideau Canal, which is just a five-minute walk from the Capital Pathway — a 25-kilometre walking and cycling trail that stretches from the Mackenzie Bridge to Robertson Road.

When you’re not enjoying a yummy BeaverTail or marvelling at a stunningly beautiful snow carving, be sure to stop in and see your friends from The Great Trail:

WHERE: Maison Charron, Jacques-Cartier Park
WHEN: February 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 18 and 19 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on February 20, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
PRIZE: Each winner will receive a $50 gift certificate from HBC and a $25 gift certificate from Cineplex

Drawing inspiration from our weekly themes, snap pics on official Winterlude grounds and share on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using #Winterlude2017. We will draw one (1) photo at random every day of the festival, and announce the winners the following Monday, who will then be contacted by direct message on social media. TCT will ship prizes directly to contest winners…exciting!
